Zanempilo Consultants Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

Zanempilo Consultants runs this Referral Programme in accordance with South African law, including the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Participation in the Programme is subject to the following legally binding rules:
1. Programme Eligibility & Referral Definition
1.1 Referrer Eligibility:
This Programme is open only to existing and non-exisiting clients of Zanempilo Consultants who are in good standing.
1.2 Valid Referral:
A “Valid Referral” is defined as a prospective client who:
a) Clicks the unique referral link provided to the Referrer via our official communication channels;
b) Completes the official sign-up/lead form on our landing page immediately after clicking the link, providing their verifiable name, contact details, and expressly consenting to be contacted by Zanempilo Consultants for the purpose of receiving an introduction to our financial services; AND
c) Is verifiably a new client to Zanempilo Consultants (i.e., not an existing client, former client, or a lead already recorded in our database).
1.3 Consent and POPIA Compliance:
The Referrer warrants that they have obtained the explicit and informed consent of the Referred Party to share their name and contact details with Zanempilo Consultants for the purpose of this Programme, as required under POPIA.
2. Referral Limit and Payout Conditions (Anti-Abuse Measures)
2.1 Strict Limit on Referrals:
Each Referrer may submit a maximum of 5 Valid Referrals. Any referrals exceeding this limit will not qualify for a reward.
2.2 Single Reward Per Referred Party:
A Referred Party may only be referred once. If multiple Referrers send the same person a link, the reward will be allocated to the Referrer whose unique link was clicked first, as definitively recorded by our internal tracking system.
2.3 Reward Fulfilment:
Rewards as published in the official campaign details will only be processed after 30 days of activation of the said referral.
3. Programme Abuse and Exclusion
3.1 Prohibition of Self-Referral:
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. The Referrer and the Referred Party cannot be the same person or entity.
3.2 No Misrepresentation:
Referrers must not misrepresent Zanempilo Consultants, its services, or its FSP status. Any false or misleading statements will result in immediate exclusion and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
3.3 Exclusion Right:
Zanempilo Consultants reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Referrer and/or invalidate any referral suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these terms, without prior notice. Our decision on the administration of the Programme and the interpretation of these rules is final and binding.
3.4 Tracking System Authority:
The Company’s internal tracking system (monitoring link clicks, timestamps, and lead creation) shall be the sole and final authority for determining the validity and chronology of referrals.
4. Regulatory Information
4.1 FSP Compliance:
Zanempilo Consultants is an Authorised Financial Services Provider under FAIS, Licence No. 31215.
4.2 Review and Amendment:
Zanempilo Consultants reserves the right to review, amend, or terminate this Programme and its Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law
